All advantages included in the Brussels Card are valid during 24, 48 or 72 hours.

Your Brussels Cards allows you unlimited free access to all included museums during 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first validation (the first time your card is scanned in one of the museums). Simply present your Brussels Card at the ticket desk and it will be electronically validated by scanning the unique barcode on the card.

The public transport ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from its first use in a bus / tram / metro. Your first use of the card doesn’t need to correspond to your first museum visit. This means you can activate your travel pass for example the day after you visit your first museum. Please note: to use public transport, you must pick up first your EventPass.

If you want to use the discounts included in your Brussels Card, simply hand over the corresponding discount voucher to the restaurant, shop, partner staff. You will find the discount vouchers at the back of the information guide.

You must use your Brussels Card for the first time within a year of its purchase date. When using your card in the next calendar year, you should take into account that the list of museums and discounts might have changed! The list of museums and discounts is updated every 1st of February.
