- Unlimited travel on public transport: all STIB buses, trams and metro lines for 24, 48 or 72 hours. Only if you have a “Brussels Card + public transport”.
Good to know: for a 24, 48 or 72-hour STIB travel pass, you will be charged 5 euros for the card to be issued. If you opt for a “Brussels Card + public transport”, this fee will be waived. Yet another benefit and even easier to use!
- Unlimited access to Hop on Hop off buses for 24, 48 or 72 hours. Only if you have a “Brussels Card + Hop on Hop off”.
How does it work?
Buy your BrusselsCard below. You receive your voucher to exchange in Brussels against a Brussels Card (office of the BIP or on the Grand Place). With City Runs you save 5% on the price of the card.
All advantages included in the Brussels Card are valid during 24, 48 or 72 hours.
Your Brussels Cards allows you unlimited free access to all included museums during 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first validation (the first time your card is scanned in one of the museums). Simply present your Brussels Card at the ticket desk and it will be electronically validated by scanning the unique barcode on the card.
The public transport ticket or the Hop on Hop off ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from its first use in a bus / tram / metro or its first use in a Hop on Hop off bus. Your first use of the card doesn’t need to correspond to your first museum visit. This means you can activate your travel pass for example the day after you visit your first museum. Please note: to use public transport, you must pick up first your EventPass.
If you want to use the discounts included in your Brussels Card, simply hand over the corresponding discount voucher to the restaurant, shop, partner staff. You will find the discount vouchers at the back of the information guide or in the email confirmation in case you bought the card online.
You must use your Brussels Card for the first time within a year of its purchase date. When using your card in the next calendar year, you should take into account that the list of museums and discounts might have changed! The list of museums and discounts is updated every 1st of January.
